Welcome to the Hawkesbury Police Explorers official website. The Explorers Program has been founded in the spring of 1997 and has been involved within this community since.

As the Hawkesbury Detachment Commander of the Ontario Provincial Police I can tell you that the Explorers are an important part of our detachment's "Community Policing" strategy. This site will give you information on the program and guidance for those wishing to obtain the services of our young Explorers or those who are interested in joining this youth initiative.

This program is of great importance and has created a partnership with our youth...our future.

As Director of the Explorers Program and the Liaison Officer with our police service I've had the opportunity to meet and work with some dedicated and talented youths from our community. We are very proud of our Explorers and we hope you will use and enjoy this website.
