The East Region Headquarters of the Ontario Provincial Police have honored Cst. Pierre Dubois and Explorer Deputy-Director Pierre-Marc Larocque for the creation of the Explorer program. Martin Villeneuve was also honored for his services related to the creation of this website. The awards, he second highest mention presented, were given at a ceremony held on October 23, in Morrisburg.
