Hawkesbury Police Explorers

The Hawkesbury Police Explorers are a "not-for-profit" corporation. They have a board of administrators comprised of ESU Members and former members. The board is responsible for the administration and overall structural foundation of the program.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Hawkesbury Police Explorers Board of Administration

Section 1 - President          Cst Pierre Dubois

Duties & Responsibilities of the President:

a)    Oversees the general administration of the
        Hawkesbury Police Explorers Inc.
b)    Oversees the financial duties of the Explorers Program.
c)    Directs meetings of the Board of Administration.
d)    Has the authority to vote at Board meetings.

Section 2 - Vice-President       Pierre-Marc Larocque

Duties & Responsibilities of the Vice-President:

a)    Assists the President and replaces the President in his absence.
b)    Has the authority to vote at Board meetings.

Section 3 - Communications Director         Sébastien Gervais

Duties & Responsibilities of the Communications Director:

a)    Oversees the secretarial duties of the Hawkesbury Police Explorers Board meetings.
b)    Has the authority to vote at Board meetings.

Section 4 - Logistics Director      Marc Lauzon

Duties & Responsibilities of the Logistics Director:

a)    Oversees the material administration of the Hawkesbury Police Explorers Inc.
b)    Maintains and Updates the inventory of the Hawkesbury Police Explorers.
c)    Has the authority to vote at Board meetings.
