For the Explorers, a system for recognizing their
hard work is an essential part of the program as they often go without public recognition
for their dedication and hard work.
Lanyards would be the most versatile system for recognizing proficiency, as they would be
recognizable by the public, not in the way of any equipment and comfortable for the member
who has to wear it.
